Cleargov Public Financial Transparency Portal
The District contracted with ClearGov, a cloud-based budgeting and transparency platform, in July 2025 to enhance financial transparency and modernize how financial information is shared with the public. The platform provides accessible, easy-to-understand views of the District’s budgets, revenues, and expenditures.
The transparency portal will be updated monthly following the close of each month, after financial data has been reviewed and finalized. This process ensures the information presented is both current and accurate while maintaining appropriate financial reporting controls.
This investment reflects the District’s commitment to openness, accountability, and responsible stewardship of public funds, while also improving internal efficiency in responding to financial inquiries.

Groveland Community Services District is proud to have been awarded the “District of Distinction” accreditation by the Special District Leadership Foundation (SDLF) for its sound fiscal management, transparency, and responsible operations. SDLF is dedicated to recognizing excellence in special districts that emulate understanding and respect for what it means to govern. Receiving the District of Distinction award is a prestigious honor held by only 2% of special districts in the state.
