GCSD offers its customers the convenience of making payments online via its Web Payment System. By registering your account online, you can make a one time payment, sign up for Auto Pay, view account usage and billing history, and elect paperless billing. We encourage all to take advantage of this streamlined bill payment process.

Pay by phone
Call us at (209) 962-7161 ext.10 to make a Visa or Mastercard payment over the phone. This service is free of charge.
Pay by mail
Mail your payment to us in the envelope provided with your paper bill to P.O. Box 350 Groveland, CA 95321
Drop off your payment at our District office located at 18966 Ferretti Road (between Two Guys Pizza and the Main Gate of Pine Mountain Lake, on the opposite side of the road), during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A payment drop box is located in the parking lot to the left of the Administration building, which can be accessed 24 hours a day. Please remember to place your payment in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (NO cash, please).
Billing is processed on the first of every month, and due by the last business day of the month. If payment is not received by the last business day of the month, a 10% penalty will be assessed on the past due amount. Once delinquent, a Past Due Notice will be mailed. If payment of the past due amount is not received by the 15th of the month after which it was due, the service will be disconnected. A $50.00 disconnection fee will be assessed and service will only be reconnected upon receipt of payment of the full balance of the account.
