New Development and Building
The Groveland CSD was formed to provide water, sewer, fire and park services to the communities of Groveland and Big Oak Flat. To ensure that new land development and building projects receive our high quality water and sewer services, GCSD has adopted standard construction specifications and standard (engineering) drawings for your use. Rather than duplicate efforts and expenses, GCSD has adopted the standards of the Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) as amended.
The drawings are for representation purposes only, and we suggest you confirm with GCSD staff to determine if any updates have been adopted or for any special requirements are needed your project. We look forward to serving you!
