The District accepts Visa, Mastercard, e-check, checks and money orders. Only checks are accepted if sending in a payment via mail or using the secure drop box.

Billing Policy

Billing is processed on the first of every month, and due by the last day of the month. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, a 10% penalty will be assessed on the past due amount.
