The Groveland Community Services District (GCSD) has determined that in order to replace and upgrade failing sewer system infrastructure, and to comply with state laws and regulations, it must immediately begin to invest an additional $300,000 per year in its equipment, pumps, pipes, treatment plant and other expensive assets. To raise this necessary revenue and due to the fact that the District's sewer service income comes only from system user fees and charges, the GCSD sewer charges were increased effective September 1, 2018. Groveland Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
