Jennifer Donabedian

Jennifer Donabedian has served the Groveland Community Services District since February 2011 and brings over 14 years of experience in public administration. In her current role, she oversees and manages all administrative functions of the District. Her responsibilities include the facilitation of annual fiscal year budgets, accounts payable, utility billing, customer service, human resources, and information technology operations. Jennifer also serves as a liaison with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and provides high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
