GCSD BOARD OF DIRECTORS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDS LATE FEE PENALTIES AND DISCONNECTIONS OF SERVICE DURING DECLARED COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The District understands that some of our customers may be experiencing difficulty in paying their utiltiy bills for circumstances beyond their control related to COVID-19. In response and to help lessen the burden during this difficult time, on March 31, 2020, the GCSD Board of Directors approved Resolution 12-2020, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Groveland Community Services District Authorizing the Waiver of Penalties and Interest Normally Charged On Delinquent Utility Accounts and to Prohibit Discontinuance of Water Service (Lock-Off) During the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency.
Groveland Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Groveland Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
