Change of Address Form
If you are a current water/sewer customer and have recently moved, or would like to update your contact information, please complete the Change of Address Form and submit it to District staff.
Name on Account
Accounts are property specific and must match what is listed with the county recorded APN.
To change the name on an account, we require a copy of the county recorded APN.
Phone Number
We encourage our customers to provide the best phone number to reach you in the event of an emergency.
By providing your email address you agree to recieve special District correspondence.
