Groveland Community Services District is excited to announce the start of the Alternate Water System WTP Relocation Pipeline Improvements Project. This landmark effort marks an important step in improving our community’s water infrastructure and ensuring a reliable, sustainable water supply for years to come.

This project is just one of several grant-funded initiatives GCSD is undertaking to enhance essential services while reducing the financial burden on our ratepayers. Through these improvements, we are investing in the long-term resilience, efficiency, and safety of our water system. The project is expected to cause traffic delays on Mueller Drive and Ferretti Road. Construction is scheduled to start Monday, August 11, 2025, and is estimated to last 60 working days.

Construction Details:

• Contractor: R. Sutton Enterprises

• Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Weekend Work: May occur as needed

• Duration: Estimated at 60 working days

• Location of Work: All construction will take place within existing roadways

What to Expect:

• Traffic Delays: Traffic control measures will be in place. Expect occasional delays and plan travel accordingly.

• Noise and Dust: Construction equipment may generate elevated noise levels and dust during active work hours.

• Access: Crews will make every effort to maintain driveway and property access, though brief interruptions may occur.
