The project includes the replacement or rehabilitation of approximately 12,000 lineal feet of sewer pipe, installation of new sewer manholes, seal-coating of two dozen manholes, and seal coating of the concrete in six sewer lift (pump) stations.  The lift station coating is the final stage of the project and began in September 2025; to be completed before the end of the year.  The project will reduce sewer system overflows, extend the life of existing structures, make sewer cleaning easier and more effective which will reduce odor.  

The project is funded by a $5.8 Million grant and loan from the State Water Resources Control Board
