Renter's Application
GCSD allows utility accounts to be put into the name of the tenant renting a property for the purposes of receiving bills.
To put an account into the name of the tenant renting a property, the tenant and propety owner must complete their respective portion of the Renter's Application and submit it to the District Administrative Office.
Renter's ApplicationThe District does not collect security deposits and the owner of the property must sign the Owner Consent and Responsibility Form acknowledging that they are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred by their tenants should the District be unable to collect from the tenant 30 days after they have vacated the property.
