Nathan Moffitt

Operator – Collections & Distribution Department

Nathan Moffitt has been a member of the Groveland Community Services District team since 2020 and serves as an Operator in the Collections & Distribution Department. Nathan’s work helps keep the District’s water and wastewater systems operating safely and reliably while providing quality service to the community.

As part of the C&D team, Nathan performs a variety of water, sewer, and maintenance duties. His responsibilities include assisting with water and sewer line repairs, routine system maintenance, responding to service issues, performing sewer collection system maintenance, operating heavy equipment, and supporting general District maintenance projects. Nathan works as part of the team to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and with a focus on serving GCSD customers.

Nathan enjoys working alongside District staff and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. He is an eager and motivated employee who is always willing to learn, take on new challenges, and help wherever he is needed.

Nathan is also proud to have been one of the first members of the Collections & Distribution Department to earn his Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). His willingness to pursue additional training and qualifications demonstrates his commitment to expanding his skills and becoming an even more versatile member of the District team.

Like many members of the GCSD team, Nathan appreciates the Groveland community and the surrounding area. He enjoys the people who live and work here and values the opportunity to serve the community as part of his career.

Before joining GCSD, Nathan worked for the Pine Mountain Lake Association, including work at the golf course and in other retail departments. He also attended Columbia College, where he received training in welding and EMT/First Responder skills.
