Each month, a report is prepared by the District General Manager, Pete Kampa, and summarizes the executive overview, major activities and accomplishments, significant meetings and district representation, legislative, regulatory, and CSDA Policy Work, issues receiving significant management attention, notable results, and looking ahead 30-60 days.  The General Manager Reports are presented and reviewed at each GCSD Board meeting.
