Andrew “Drew” Marshall - Collections & Distribution Lead

Drew serves as the Collections & Distribution Lead for Groveland Community Services District. As a lead member of the C&D team, Drew helps coordinate the day-to-day work of the department and plays an important role in keeping the District’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems operating safely and reliably.

Drew’s responsibilities include assisting with the coordination and oversight of water and sewer system maintenance, responding to water and sewer line repairs, supporting preventative maintenance activities, operating and coordinating the use of heavy equipment, and helping ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently. He also works closely with other District departments, providing support when needed and helping the team work together to address operational needs throughout the community.

One of the things Drew enjoys most about working for GCSD is the collaboration between departments. He appreciates how everyone works together and describes the District team as being much like a family. As a quiet and dependable leader, Drew is always willing to step in, work alongside his co-workers, and help get the job done.

Drew is particularly proud of earning his D3 Water Distribution Operator certification, an accomplishment that reflects his commitment to continuing his education and developing his professional skills.

Drew grew up in Groveland and enjoys both the location and the people who make the community special. Being able to work in the community he calls home and serve the people who live here is something he values greatly.
