As a new tenant you have the opportunity to establish water/sewer service in your name. In order to do this, you must follow the steps below and submit all completed paperwork and deposit to District staff.
To Establish Water/Sewer Service in Tenant’s Name:
- Review the District’s Rental Application, completing all necessary fields. Please be sure to include the mailing address to which you would like your bills sent and a phone number where you can be reached.
Please Note: You must sign and initial the form, acknowledging that the property owner will be notified if the account becomes 30 days past due. - Review the District’s Owner Consent Form. This form must be signed by either the owner of the property or an authorized Property Management Agent.
- In order to protect both the District and the Property Owner, a deposit will be required from all tenants seeking to establish service. Upon vacating the property your deposit will be applied to your final billing. If a credit balance remains after the application of the deposit, a refund will be issued to the tenant.
