As a new tenant you have the opportunity to establish water/sewer service in your name. In order to do this, you must follow the steps below and submit all completed paperwork and deposit to District staff.


To Establish Water/Sewer Service in Tenant’s Name:

  1. Review the District’s Rental Application, completing all necessary fields. Please be sure to include the mailing address to which you would like your bills sent and a phone number where you can be reached.
    Please Note: You must sign and initial the form, acknowledging that the property owner will be notified if the account becomes 30 days past due.
  2. Review the District’s Owner Consent Form. This form must be signed by either the owner of the property or an authorized Property Management Agent.
  3. In order to protect both the District and the Property Owner, a deposit will be required from all tenants seeking to establish service. Upon vacating the property your deposit will be applied to your final billing. If a credit balance remains after the application of the deposit, a refund will be issued to the tenant.
